I have been in Singapore for 8 years now and have never really been happy with my hair as I realized it is difficult to find someone who understands my needs. So I was very pleased when my friend Monica, who’s cut and highlights I admired, advised me to go to her hairdresser. And that’s how I met Casey.
The decor of his salon is elegant, tidy, soft colors, quiet and everyone is so incredibly friendly, you feel special and unique. A little like you are their most important client. Who doesn’t like to be treated like a queen???
I had one of the most amazing consultations with Casey. He let me express myself and I tried to explain what I had in mind. I wanted a neat cut, highlights, color and a perm all at the same time. Impatience is what it was all about!
Casey listened to me attentively, understanding rather quickly that I wasn’t sure of what would suit me or what could be done on the first day. He was very honest and genuine. So he listened and yet he didn’t and instead I listened to his advice. Much wiser!
After evaluating the condition of my hair, he suggested that for my first visit, I should just cut and perm, as he does not believe anyone should do 2 chemical jobs on the same visit. He is the real professional.

On my 2nd visit, I booked for highlights but Casey advised me to do a color and gloss instead. This was to give a chance to even out all my old patchy tones. Again it worked out very well. The gloss is great.
Another thing I was unhappy about in other salons is that, despite my asking, my hair was often dried through before being set. The final result never lasted very long. But without my saying anything, Casey set my hair from wet, lifted it from the roots to give it volume. Exactly how it should be done. So the curls where perfect until the next wash.
Casey cares. He looks at your complexion, the color of your eyes, brows and shape of your face.
He wants to satisfy his client of course, but he wants to do the right thing for your hair. So I can say, he gave me what I needed most. Or what my hair needed most. It’s so easy to trust him. Satisfaction guaranteed.
Now, after waiting for 3 weeks at his suggestion, I finally got the highlights. Beautiful color. So natural and my hair look a lot healthier.
